Who these terms apply to	Anyone who uses Reservo to find clubs, book courts or take part in competitions (players). If you use Reservo as a club or organiser, please also see the club terms.
What Reservo is	A platform for finding padel clubs, booking courts with real-time availability and taking part in leagues and tournaments run by each club.
Bookings and payments	Each club sets its own prices, payment methods, deposits and cancellation policy. When you pay online, the amount is received directly by the club, which is the party selling you the booking; Reservo only provides the payment tool. A handling fee is added to online payments; it is shown before you pay and is non-refundable.
Cancellations	Cancellations are governed by the policy the club had configured at the time the booking was made.
Your account	You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.

1. Use of the service

Reservo allows you to find padel clubs and create court bookings according to the availability published by each club, and to sign up for and take part in the competitions (leagues and tournaments) that clubs organise through the platform.

Access to certain features requires you to register and to accept these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 14 years old to register; by accepting these terms you declare that you meet this requirement. Children under 14 may only use the service with the consent of their parents or guardians, in accordance with the privacy policy.

2. Bookings and payments

Each club independently sets its prices, payment methods, deposits and operating conditions (opening hours, minimum notice, number of players). Before you confirm a booking, the application shows the conditions that apply to that court and time slot.

Where the club has enabled online payment, payment is made through the Stripe payment gateway and the amount is received directly by the club, which is the party selling you the booking, the class or the sign-up and, where applicable, the party that must issue you the corresponding invoice. Reservo is not the seller and does not collect that amount on its own account: it provides the club with the technical payment tool.

A handling fee is added to each online payment, covering the payment gateway’s commission and a fixed platform fee. It is shown itemised, alongside the price, before you confirm the payment, and is charged only once per transaction, even if you pay for several places or sign-ups in that transaction. Payments made directly at the club do not carry a handling fee.

If a booking is cancelled and a refund is due, the price of the court, class, place or sign-up is refunded in accordance with the club’s cancellation policy; the handling fee is not refunded, as it relates to a transaction that has already been processed.

Right of withdrawal. Court bookings, classes and competition sign-ups are services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them, in accordance with Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (TRLGDCU). Cancellations are governed by section 3.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy the club had configured at the time the booking was made (minimum notice period and penalty percentage, if any). That policy is shown in the details of each booking.

4. Competitions

By signing up for a league or tournament you also accept the specific rules published by the club or organiser for that competition, insofar as they do not contradict these terms.

5. Liability

You must review the details of each booking or sign-up before confirming it and contact the club about any issue relating to the court, the match or the competition. Reservo is not a party to the contract for the use of the facilities, which is entered into between you and the club.

Reservo provides the platform with reasonable diligence, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability or that it will be entirely free of errors. In particular, Reservo is not liable for:

• the condition, safety and use of the facilities, or the provision of the sports service, which are the responsibility of the club;
• cancellations, schedule changes or other incidents decided by the club or by the organisers of a competition;
• the conduct of other players, on or off the court, or the content they publish;
• injuries or damage suffered while playing sport, unless caused by a failure of the platform attributable to Reservo;
• damage arising from use of the account contrary to these terms or from failure to keep your credentials properly safe.

Nothing in the above excludes or limits Reservo’s liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for harm to life, physical integrity or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under consumer and user protection legislation.

6. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in legislation or in the service. Each version is identified by a version number and a last-updated date, shown at the beginning of the document.
